Who We Are

My name is Tom Bacon and I operate Union Bee Company, a family owned apiary located in Union, CT.  I'm a former Army Ranger, lifelong carpenter and woodworker, and avid beekeeper. Currently we maintain just over 30 hives, sell honey locally, and are very pleased to finally offer our propolis encouraging hives as well. If you decide to purchase woodware, honey, or bees from us, I'm sure you'll learn far more about me because I'll talk your ear off about bees, woodworking, and whatever shiny object I happened to have recently seen...you've been warned!
